擔任空服員,可說是許多人心中的天空夢,在近期所Cheers雜誌公布的「新世代最嚮往企業調查」之中,長榮航空與中華航空也入選前10名。今年長榮航空預計在台招募600位空服員,酷鳥、威航等航空,也陸續釋出空服員招募名額,讓許多求職者蠢蠢欲試。

 

經營空服員考生培訓事業多年,同時也做為香草、樂桃等多間航空公司在台招募夥伴的愛爾航空培訓機構,其創辦人林佩莉、講師莊蕙謙、林昕雅,本身都有著豐富的空服員經驗,並且也曾協助許多考生順利考上空服員。

 

創辦人林佩莉本身是中華航空空服員,有過多本空服員相關著作;莊蕙謙曾經擔任過長榮、遠東、澳門等航空公司的空服員,林昕雅則是全台灣首位加入中東籍航空公司的空服員,各自有所擅長的領域。三位達人也與《ETtoday新聞雲》的讀者分享自己的經驗,讓更多有意加入航空產業的考生,更加了解空服員的職業,並且有機會一圓天空夢。

 

 

 

1.如何找到適合自己的航空公司?

 

各家航空公司各有企業文化以及主要服務範圍,考生可以事先多加了解企業背景。有些航空公司重視整體性團隊,有些區域性、低成本航空公司,則重視空服員鮮明、活潑的個人特色。另外航空公司的航線、制服、薪資,也都各有不同。

 

2.近年平均每年航空公司的職缺有多少人?

 

每年平均約有1,000個職缺,其中華航、長榮等航空公司的職缺最多,但是每次報考也都有5,000名以上的競爭者,競爭激烈。其他如阿聯酋航空、威航、酷鳥、香港快運等航空公司,也陸續在台有招募空服員。

 

3.考生如何得知招考資訊?

 

部分航空公司會於官網逐批公布招考資訊,有些則是一次公布全年、全球的招考計劃。因此也會有考生會規劃參與多個國家的報考計劃

 

 

4.空服員的薪水

 

薪水主要是以底薪,加上飛行加給、外站津貼做為計算,各家計算方式略有不同。台籍航空公司約為5~6萬元起,新航約為7萬元起,中東籍航空公司則為8~11萬元起。

 

5.預先的心理建設

 

看似光鮮亮麗的空服員,其實是一項高度挑戰性的工作。不僅要服務機上的旅客,同時還有負擔協助維護飛安等工作。因此達人們也表示,若抱持著「可以環遊世界、有免費機票可以拿、釣金龜婿」等心態者,不建議報考空服員。

 

 

6.書面審查資料

 

從第一印象的書面審查資料,便會決定是否可以進入複試關卡。因此繳交的個人照片(全身照、大頭照、生活照)非常重要,要認真拍攝。若要報考多家航空公司,則可以拍攝通用的規格及風格,以節省多次拍攝的開銷。

 

7.外語能力

 

英語能力是空服員招考的最基礎門檻。通常亞洲的航空公司需要多益560~600分以上,外籍航空為700分以上。因此達人建議至少都要有700分以上的基礎為佳。

 

8.外表儀容


達人指出,隨著時代變化,「身材高挑+雙眼皮+包頭」已經不再是空服員招考中的必勝關鍵。如何找到適合自己的妝容、展現適合公司的風格才是重點。達人表示,有些航空公司喜歡貴氣,有些喜歡親切型的組員,各有不同,考生要懂得同其所好。

另外也曾有航空公司指定考生穿著運動服、脫高跟鞋與絲襪,目的便是要求看見最真實的考生。但達人也提醒,通常身上有刺青、過多的耳洞、太明顯的傷疤,對於應考也會比較不利。

 

9.空服員都有身高限制?


部分航空的空服員目前已無身高限制,但仍有「觸及高度」的限制,通常是裸足雙手可碰及208~213公分以上。若是觸及高度較低的考生,達人建議可利用瑜珈課程放鬆筋骨,通常可增加2公分的觸及高度。

聽力part2:注意問句句首( when、why、who、which、how、whose)和動詞。若都聽不懂內容,善加利用消去法,此技巧適用於9成以上的題目,用技巧猜對算你賺到,猜錯就服輸就接受吧。

聽力part3&part4:建議找空檔先看題目,對於聽力內文的理解度會提升許多。不要因為耽擱影響了看下一個題組的時間(最怕讓自己做題目的節奏亂掉)。考英文聽力的時候,執著於某題相當不智,敢大膽猜題並坦然迎向下一題才是王道。

閱讀:多益的英文閱讀測驗,相對來說是比較多商業化詞彙。建議直接看題目再回內文搜尋資訊,這樣答題速度才會快。其實,TOEIC出這麼多測驗題不可能讓一般人全部讀完後再來寫題目,而是測試一個人在短時間內,搜尋關鍵資訊的能力與精準程度。

Part5 語法字彙和Part6 克漏字,這兩個部分主要是包含英文單字、文法、句型這三個重點,共40題。由於多益閱讀測驗時間只有75分鐘,這個部份要盡可能的寫快一點,建議在30分鐘(20分更好)內寫完。在這個部分如果有不確定的題目,這時候你唯一能作的事就是憑第一直覺,以免浪費太多時間。

Part7 閱讀文章,主要是訓練背熟文章裡所不懂的單字,在閱讀時一定會碰到看不懂的英文單字,但不必去查每個生字。如果某個單字出現過兩次,甚至三次以上,這時候就一定要去查字典並記住它的意思。反覆重做寫錯的題目,多多訓練自己先看題目、熟悉題型,以及搜索內文資訊的能力。

六、檢討考前練習

理解多益出題方向、檢視自己文法概念最好的方法,就是不管寫錯還是寫對的題目都要全部檢討,知道對的選項為何對,錯的選項為何錯,而不是亂猜矇到、得過且過。建議要把整份Toeic模擬考題檢討完之後,再繼續寫下一份,不然進步的幅度有限。假如在寫題目時遇到自己無法解決的問題,建議去請教別人,並多多參與討論。

方式:

聽力:第一遍先聽不看稿,抓聽不懂的字。放第二遍時看稿,把不懂的字邊聽邊看。第三遍邊聽邊看稿;第四、五遍邊跟讀邊看稿;第六遍只聽不看稿。

閱讀:把所有做過的題目再看一次,仔細回想為什麼當時會寫錯,是觀念不清還是粗心;為何我當時會寫對某題,是完全理解還是猜中。把不懂的英文單字找出來並寫在筆記本裡。最後再把寫錯的題目看一遍,看看自己能不能寫對。

七、考前最後準備心得

在多益考前一天的準備,只要再練一下聽力就好,建議調快速度1.2倍,至於閱讀部份就再複習自己之前的檢討筆記即可。假如之前有好好認真,到了考前一天,心中應會備感充實,不會覺得明天沒把握,就可以安心休息了。

只要每天都有按照自己的步調,天天練習聽力和閱讀,90天的時間是考到900分,拿多益黃金證書最保險的準備期。筆者目前是大學生,參加多益考試,在聽力項目是拿到475分,而在閱讀分數則考到435分,總成績共910分,根據自己的準備經驗,只要你肯付出時間,考好TOEIC一定不是問題。
